What we collect, why, and how to make us delete it.
When you buy or create an account: your name, email address and the record of your order. That is what we need to issue a licence and support it.
When you visit this website: standard analytics — pages viewed, roughly where in the world you are, and which advertisement or link brought you here. This is used to understand which parts of the site are useful.
We do not collect anything from inside the application itself. Your video, your audio, your recordings and your settings stay on your machine. Nothing you produce is uploaded to us, ever.
Issue and support your licence. Send you the emails you would expect about your purchase. Send you product news, which you can stop at any time using the link in any email we send.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it except with the services that make this work: our payment providers, our email provider and our analytics provider.
We use cookies to keep you signed in, to remember your preferences, and for analytics and advertising measurement. You can refuse non-essential cookies without losing access to anything you have bought.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it. Deleting your account data does not revoke a licence you have paid for.
