Payment and refund policy

Thirty days. If the software is not right for you, tell us and we will refund you.

30-day money back

If Skynat Live is not what you needed, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not have to justify it — "it did not suit us" is a complete reason.

We will ask you to stop using the licence, and we will deactivate the key. That is the whole process.

How payment works

Payments are handled by our payment providers — iKhokha or PayPal, depending on which option you are shown at checkout. We never see or store your card details; the provider handles that directly.

Once payment clears, your licence is issued automatically and the downloads unlock on your dashboard. There is no waiting period and nothing to activate by hand.

What the licence covers

One payment, for the complete application. Not a subscription, not a tier, and not a version that gets features taken away from it later. Future updates are included.

The licence is checked roughly every 30 days over the internet. It is never checked in the middle of a broadcast, and a failed check does not stop a production that is already running.

If something goes wrong

Charged but no licence issued? Duplicate charge? Software not doing what this website says it does? Contact us and we will fix it, refund it, or both.

Outside the 30 days we will still talk to you. The formal policy is 30 days; the informal one is that we would rather sort out a genuine problem than keep money from somebody unhappy.
